In more than 30 years successful meetings based on lipids, fats and oils have been arranged in the areas of biochemistry, nutrition, public health, food quality, animal research, processing and development technology. The seminars (normally 2 days) have a focus on one specific topic, and the biannual Nordic Lipid Symposium (3 days) normally covers the main areas to give Lipidforum members an updated knowledge in the different lipid areas. Some of the seminars have been organized in co-operation with other organizations.
